    I have been stalling now for a few weeks... I do feel great otherwise. Lots of energy. Exercise 4 to 5 days a week.. Think am losing much more inches than the pounds because my clothes are all falling off me and i am about 3 pant sizes down. I will really love the scales too move more though.. At my 6 weeks doctor said i only needed to lose 5lbs a month. But even that has not happened this month.. I'll increase my protein and water intake again as i am working out more. Hope everyone is doing better!

    I am still restricted with my food. I can eat anything i want But in small quantities. But i seem to drink as much as i wasn't. Very weird though. Plain water makes me nauseous for some reason. I use crystal light or i drink the g2.

  5. Unjury protein is pretty good. I especially like the unflavored and strawberry sherbert. Mix both with Crystal light and its actually delicious. My problem is i can't find in stores. So I've been having to order it online...
  6. I am a pool nurse but i have benefits. I took 5 weeks off just Bec i didn't want to rush back to work and have any problems. Just returned to work and the first week worked out fine. I just had to plan all my meals and water so Well. I try to hey my work out in before i go to work.. Good luck.
  7. Was sleeved on June 24th.. Lost 20lbs since surgery. I was concerned that i was losing too slowly but from the other posts on here i feel better. Even though i can eat. I still drink 2 protein shakes a day to make sure to meet my daily protein goals. I have been walking 4 - 5 days a week. About 4 miles a day. Surgeon says i should start some weight training. So I'll start that Monday. I feel great and my clothes feel better. Hope i can do another 20lbs this month so i can be under 200lbs. Then I'll have my first party..yay.

    Gastric sleeve

    I really didn't tell that many people. Told my hubby and my sister and a couple of girls at work. We used to do the diff diets together and fail each time.one was pretty awesome about it but the other one gave me a lecture. How i didn't need it and can do it by myself. She had just started another liquid diet and asked me to join her. Well that failed 3 days later Bec we couldn't keep up. Any way, i went back to work after being out for a month after surgery and 20lbs down. Looked so good. Felt even better. And every one wanted to know what i was doing. My response was diet and exercising 5 days a week.which i really do. Am so happy at this point that i really think I'll tell anyone who really wants to know..

    @ proudgrammy. Way to go. Rock what your mama gave ya!.. I'm 35 and i am already saving money for my problem areas when weight is down. As hard as this weightloss is. Do whatever else you need too do to make you enjoy it to the fullest..
  10. teecee, this sounds really serious. I do recall having some numbness from waste down after i had my first c section but not with this surgery.. It did go away eventually even though i can swear that i still feel it every once in a while... Talk to your doctors as soon as you can. Better save than sorry. Good luck. And i really hope it's nothing.

    The special K protein shake do have allot of sugar in it too though.. So watch that.

    I just mix mine in crystal light lemonade and its yummy.. I am able to get my 60g of protein inn no problem. Started soft stage but not sure what my food options are. I am only doing half a yogort and sometimes the refried beans. Still struggling with weightloss though. Seems like i hit a stall. So today i increased my workout. Will do that the rest of the week and see how it goes
  14. I found the flavorless unjury to be good. I can put that in anything i eat or drink. Problem is when i put in broth it does not completely dissolve so i have Chunks of protein in my broth. Its 21g a scoop. Out taste wonderful I lemon crystal light. I sometimes will juice oranges and add the protein to it... So far been able to get it down no worries..sorry you having a hard time.
