    I use ground chicken for Mexican and mini chicken meatloafs, fish...I also drink EAS Protein shakes, and Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt. Eggs are great too...

    Hi! I had my surgery on June 30 and for the last 5 days I have not lost a single ounce. Did you have that too? I've been in a stall on the scale for the last 3-4 weeks. It sucks!

    I'm doing great actually!! Eating honestly protein (chicken, turkey, fish and eggs). I've been exercising pretty regularly. I'm down 32lbs. Drinking water all the time too!
