  1. hi guys!!! i'm back...i went on vacation. i missed you all!! so, heres my update...maintained the same weight didnt lose or didnt gain (did tons of walking)....so, i'm happy about that!! gonna try and stay w/in 24 pts like Diva to start the lbs a droppin again...tired of being in the 240's

    china & everyone else....fyi... i wanted to let you know that this month ww has 1 free month and no fees to join (i saw the commercial on tv and i'm sure its in all states) ...so if anyone is interested in a least learning the program this is the time to do it.

    ok, i'll be checking in daily to let everyone know if i stayed on track w/my pts....as of yesterday i did!! :thumbup: hope everyone has a great ww day!!! :mad:


  2. hi Bella. i think your idea is good. i have to plan everything out. i eat the same way, i have a thing w/grazing too, i find if i have several small low pt meals thru out the day...i seem to be more successful. i pack alot of fruit, Protein Bars, yogart w/granola for low pt Snacks (i dont get full on Protein shakes..something about actually chewing food..total mind tricks)...lol....then i try and eat 3 small pt meals. i try and stick between 24 to 29 pts.....

  3. hey everybody!!!! happy friday!!! I havnt been online cuz obviously i've been to busy eating!! OMG...i gained not 1 not 2 but 4lbs this week!!! :wink2::cursing: i have no one to blame but myself...i totally fell off the wagon this week :(......i even got my very first fill on 8/19 1cc in a 14cc band....didnt make a bit of difference, my dr did say it would take a few fills before i notice anything.

    but, on a positive note i have been staying consistent with my workouts.

    so.....with that being said today is a new day...gonna get back on the wagon. i hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!!!

    b - 2 slices deli ham, 2 slices harvarti cheese, lettuce and 1/2 tblespn of lght mayo .... 6.5

    s - 1 cup cantalope ... 1 pt

    l - 1 chicken spinach sausage link & 1/2 cup spaghetti squash w/1/4 cup italian cheese ... 6 pts

    s - salsa sun chips ... 4 pts

    d - 1 baked chicken thigh & roasted veggies ... 6 pts

    total pts - 23.5

    exercise - 55 min. treadmill

    hope everyone had a good day!!! tomorrow i gotta make sure i get my workout done in the morning and try and have a low pt day...going to the movies tomorrow night and i HAVE to have buttery movie popcorn :) (i'll make sure i get a small size) ...here i come 35 weekly pts ...LOL

    b - 4 slices of bacon (:sad:) southwestern egg beaters & 1 slice lght cheese...... 7 pts

    s - 1 cup cantalope .... 1pt

    d - 1/2 cup taco ground turkey, 1 tblspn lght sour cream & salsa, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 1/2 an avocado & shredded lettuce .... 10.5 pts

    total - 18.5 pts ...a ton of food (from the mouth of a bander..lol) and i'm supposed to be eating 29 pts!!!

    exercise - 45 min cardio & 25 min wght training

  6. hey Kristine...my in & out burger was fabulous....mmmm, it was the first time i've had one since i was banded!!! if i could mail you one i would (i would even send your hubby one too) :thumbup: lol.

    fridays are my weigh days and i'm happy to report i also lost a whopping 3 lbs!! woot woot!!! :wub:

    congrats Diva on your fabulous weight loss!! wtg!! :)

  7. hi everybody....so, today i used some more of my 35 weekly points...i'm so glad i can come on here and post what i eat...it some what holds me accountable. but anyway, here it goes ....

    b - mcdonalds cheeseburger - 7pts

    s - salsa sun chips (very addicting) - 4 pts

    l - in & out burger double w/cheese - 20 pts

    d - french fries w/cheese & grilled onions (in & out too) - 17 pts

    whopping total - 48 (used 19 more of my weekly pts)

    exercise - 30 min stationary bike, 30 min treadmill and 20 min of weight training

    i made really bad food choices, but it was soooo good...i havent had my first fill yet, its not scheduled till aug 19th...i've been losing consistently every week 1 to 2 lbs (using ww along w/exercise) ...i try and keep my pts at 24, which in calorie counting is 1200 a day...and i notice if i increase my pts a couple of times a week (using the xtra 35) i usually lose....the only weeks i havnt had a loss (maintain my weight havnt had a gain yet) are when its that time of the month. soooo, when i go for my next dr's visit i dont know if i will end up getting a fill or not...i enjoy being able to eat what i want and still lose weight. i have a total fear of pb'ing or getting stuck or throwing up...doesnt sound fun to me at all.

    friday is my weigh day...i'll let you guys know how it goes!!! :) cya guys tomorrow....

    b - 3 slices of deli ham, 3 slices of harvarti cheese, 2 lettuce leaves & 1/2 tblespn lght mayo - 9.5 pts

    l - 1 cup of cantalope - 1 pt

    d - 6 mini meatballs, 1/2 cup lght Tomato sauce, 1/2 cup spaghetti squash, 1/4 cup italian cheese - 9 pts

    total - 19.5 pts

    exercise - 15 min elliptical & 45 min treadmill

    china, you're so lucky...sounds like you have a great vacation coming up...i'm jealous!! i was reading your posts...i understand money being tight...maybe you can join ww and go to a couple of meetings just to learn the program (super easy) then you can use this board to log your meals and get the motivation. i'll help you anyway i can!

  10. i started the day w/great intentions...but once i got to work ....they ordered pizza & wings (stupid potlucks) :) so my nice healthy packed lunch was totally ignored....so heres the damage :blink: ..will do better tomorrow!!! :thumbup:

    b - 2 slices of deli ham ... 2 pts

    2 slices harvarti cheese - 4 pts

    .5 tblespn light mayo - .5 pts

    2 lettuce leaves - 0 pts

    l - 2 slices sausage pizza - 15 pts

    d- 6 bbq wings w/ranch dressing - 16 pts

    s - 3 mini candies - 5 pts

    total - 42.5 (i get 29 pts daily...used 13.5 of my weeklies)

    exercise - 60 min treadmill

    gotta love ww...you can still eat what you want and lose weight!! cya guys tomorrow!!


  11. i'm right there w/you Blondie!!! i havent had a fill yet either, had the same experience w/my appts (they didnt want to give me a fill cause i HAD been losing consistently). Now...i gained 4 lbs :wub:...i can eat LOTS of anything and everything and i'm ALWAYS hungry!!!

    my first fill isnt till 8/19!!! so, i'm gonna increase my exercise...and use my old school dieting will power......ugh!! :thumbup::blink:

    i can honestly say i'm pretty pleased that i didnt gain any weight, i have absolutely no restriction....and i can and have been eating everything. and when i say everything i mean that...cookies, cupcakes, fast food ect....:biggrin: (and i havent been exercising) :Banane56: i go for my first fill on 8/19....so these next couple of weeks i need to put the smack down on my eating and get back to the gym!! ok, i'm done w/my confession.....

    By the way, today, I got my new uniforms for work, when I go back to work next week. I work in school foodservice. My old pants were a 4x, my new one's are a 2x! I cried when I put them on today! I was soo happy. Yay for me!:sneaky:

    s - peach & nectarine

    l - chicken sandwich & tator tots w/chili & cheese

    d - popcorn & 2 sugar cookies

    calories - wayyyy to many...today will be better
