    wtg, becacloud!!! By the way, today, I got my new uniforms for work, when I go back to work next week. I work in school foodservice. My old pants were a 4x, my new one's are a 2x! I cried when I put them on today! I was soo happy. Yay for me!:sneaky: yesterday.... b - 2 scrambled eggs w/cheese s - peach & nectarine l - chicken sandwich & tator tots w/chili & cheese d - popcorn & 2 sugar cookies calories - wayyyy to many...today will be better

    I'm in too!!! I love ww...always lost weight, just could never keep it off (reason for the band). I count points, didnt care for the core plan. My question is....i noticed alot of banders eat around 1000 to 1200 calories a day. So, with that being said...how many calories are you guys eating?

    great job everyone!! woot woot!! i had a rough week, i think its time for my first fill....called the dr's office i cant get in till aug. 19th!!! :crying::frown: last week - 246 this week - 245 lost - 1 lb (the lbs are coming off slowly but surely) have a wonderful week...happy losing!!!
