      I met with a nutritionist 3x pre-op to go over my diet. Over the 4 months pre-op I lost 14lbs from that

    Two month stall ENDS. I knew for the last two months my body fat was going down, but the scale has not moved for two months. Finally down six pounds from my last weigh in. It's not the most important number, but dang it, I missed the validation ;-)

    Never thought I'd be excited to say 'none of my pants fit'!!! I spent all night trying them on and checking out how loose they were, lol. Guess I need to go shopping...

      It's so awesome. It's really nice to see because I haven't seen the scale move super fast lately. Only 6 lbs down in 3 weeks, which just seems a little low when only 2 months out. Idk, maybe I'm being impatient. Either way, clearly changes are happening. :)
