@Dub and @ShelterDog64, Yes definitely an Apple fan. Love my MacBook Pro and my iPad. Finally got iMac desktop and iPhone. I was using Samsung Galaxy Note, but after recent events in the Galaxy Note phones, I switched to iPhone. Yes, everything works very well. An Apple or few a day keeps frustrations away!

Isn't it weird how taping up an area really helps with pain control? I have had them tape up my shoulder and my back via PT and it really does offer some support. Now I have learned that using compression garments will do the same thing.

You know, it might have helped if you sprayed it real good with WD40 before ripping it off. One redneck fix often helps with the other. WD40 and duct tape cancel each other out, you know.

Thank you all. The week was busy.....lots of driving and such. Everything went well....except for my singular contribution to the tribe's eats on Turkey Day. I botched the turkey I cooked. It was bad....as in not even dog food bad. Luckily my Sister absolutely kicked ass on making some family recipes of a recently departed Aunt Susan and some of both my Grandmother's recipes. Each bite brought back great memories of the good times spent in their company. It felt good being "home". The only missing was a total lack of hunting and football. The circumstances just didn't allow time for either. Planning a trip with my B-I-L to get after some ducks soon.

When the 11 pm news began with no announcement and there was no screaming in the streets, I switched channels to see what was going on. Got to see the score tie at 6-6. First time I've watched baseball since around 1986 and it was great. Good Cubs!

I usually don't have a chance to follow sports. MY sweetie likes baseball and due to her being born in Chicago and spending most of her teens in Atlanta she loves the Cubs and The Braves. Last night was the first time that I've seen her screaming at the TV and jumping up on second and sitting on the edge of the couch a second later. I had more fun watching her in amazement than I ever could have.

I'm not even much of a baseball fan, but I was glued to the TV last night. Way to go, Cubbies!!

There are few musicians I'd still do that for. Neil deGrasse Tyson was a perfect 'date' last night -- lots of laughter on the spot and smiles with the morning coffee.

Mmmmm. Guess you're right @OzRoo @Dub seems angry for sure!!! Poor guy...you just need to turn that frown upside down.

It's all good. A slow burn. Only angry at my complacency over the years.....accepting subpar health and letting the world pass me by. Motivated to get it right and never look back. I guess the hardest part was taking that first step....that's done....feeling better from getting started. The rest of the things are basically like tasks on a punchlist. Will be checking them off in short order. Happy about the improved trajectory and better direction.

The Pirates will be in my House in November. All 50 ECU grads in Oklahoma make the trek to Tulsa every other year. Looking forward to it. It was a tough loss yesterday, but you can't cough up the ball that much and win.

Funny, just watched a video on th '91 season (it was highlighted in the Alumni email). Aww, the memories. I'm doing great. It is odd living in the land of 80,000 plus stadiums and I don't want to go to any of them because the average weight is 300 pounds...and the guys are even bigger. Rather stay at home, grill and chill. I'm doing fantastic though.
