RACHELR

Hi!  My name is Rachel and I am almost 3 months out from surgery.  I have lost sixty pounds since I started my pre-surgery liquid diet and I feel great.  My biggest issue currently is getting in the recommended 64 ounces of fluid each day. My biggest fear is that nothing has made me sick yet and I worry that I will fall back into bad habits.  Luckily, I have a great support group of friends who are on this journey with me and are keeping me on track.
 
I have been big my entire life and I am ready to enjoy this new found energy and lifestyle.
