I had to check out your pictures to get myself motivated again. When I first joined this site you were one of the first people to welcome me. You are such an inspiration. I was curious as to when you were banded and how much you exercise? I have just finished nursing school (LPN) and I am so happy to finally have the time to exercise but now I have to find the motivation. Anything that you can offer will be very much appreciated.
