  1. not that I'm nosing in on you conversations but I found that when you reach a sticking point that it is time to change the workout. For instance I used to lift heavy weights but would change and do high rep with lite weight. By the way if you are not lifting an type of weights I would suggest starting. Building up muscle will increase your metabolism. I also find that people think they are exercising but they only go through the movements and don't challenge themselves. I mean no disrespect if I am afending you not knowing your routine or you personally. At some point he body will get used to the exercising so you need to shock the system. I hope I was helpful and not hurtful.
