  1. @@Caribear i agree!!!!!!!!!!!!! someone could make a ton of money being a WLS specific personal trainer. it's so much different for us i'm waiting to see what my NUT says thanks ya'll i trust you guys more than some non-sleeved/wls person - <3
  2. @@fancypants67 my thighs are saggy. there is a little bit on my tummy and my butt is totally gone lol but overall i think i've been lucky
  3. thank you for that. i sent an email to my NUT asking what i should do.
  4. So I'm pretty much at my goal weight and, as most of us are… I'm saggy. So now I want to build some muscle and lift weights more intensely but my trainer says I have to eat carbs. Carbs build muscle. My problem is I've taken three weeks off from working out basically just to let my body settle after 85 pounds and my mind and now I have very little motivation so if I eat carbs in the morning and then I don't work out do the carbs turn to fat? I think carbs will turn into one of two things fat or muscle. Is there a way to eat carbs right before I work out so I know they're going to the right place? I don't know. I'm afraid to eat carbs after 10 months almost of no sugar no carbs I'm very adept at the keto thing and it's easy for me. Any help is appreciated
  5. Yessss...looking good...keep up the good work Thank you. New one from over the weekend.

  7. if i cross my legs over like this (photo on the right) i will look smaller. "these are my skinny jeans" "my bmi isn't that high" "i'm not THAT big"
  8. i think i missed last week. idk but here's the latest. i remember thinking in that photo on the right. if i do the crossover leg thingy i will look skinnier. smh (insert rolling eye emoji here) the lies we tell ourselves when we're fat.
  9. Went on a trip with a friend and I actually felt kind of skinny most of the time. I did put on a bathing suit but I never took off the shorts. I've taken about three weeks off from working out. now I have started eating the carbs to lift weights and gain muscle. It is very hard to eat carbs after being low carb/keto for the last nine months. I've only worked out one time since starting carbs SMH. Having a really hard time getting going again
  10. nothing new to report. i got to 146lbs which is exciting. this week something new is taking place. starting to eat carbs and do muscle buidling workouts. im scared as shit but i trusting my trainer to see how it goes. here are some before pix of my saggy thighs lol. so i'll be "transforming" those from now on
  11. I actually increased my fat when I stalled. No carbs no sugar increased fat. The pouch reset is a good idea too tho lol
  12. update: SW: 232 CW: 147 size 8 GW: 135-140 size 4/6
  13. @@Andrea72 haha i'll hurry
  14. @@Andrea72 yes i hear ya. it's all kinda trial and error for us i think we (our bodies) react differently than non sleeved peeps. ive felt much better since upping my fat. much more energy. of course i stopped being a cardio bunny recently and now im gonna start lifting more so stand by on that verdict lol
  15. @@Andrea72 thats something else i forgot to mention- we can't use everyone else's chart but we can try to use the percentages. i literally try to add fat anywhere i can. coffee with heavy whipping cream, bacon and scrambled eggs whipped in cream with cream cheese filling and avocado etc lol. load up on that fat and see how ur body responds and go from there!
  16. the one thing i like about keto is it doesn't have to be precise to work. i was low carb for the first about 5 months. then i started increasing my fat. (at will, no counting) and my weight started coming off again. i have no idea how much of anything i consume and i know that's not the recommended way so don't do what i do but im down 85lbs and the the tweaks have worked for me. low carb, high fat, low sugar (p.s. im strict on the sugar i don't even do carrots or corn or beets) good luck!
  17. @@KristenLe haha yeah kinda. now i gotta fight the "too thin" demons lol. but we'll all be ok i think. truly. i gotta stop looking at charts on the internet.
  18. the dumps. like immediately after. so needless to say i don't eat any sugar at all.
  19. well i will tell you when you see someone like say scarlett johanson on the screen and you think hey she looks kinda juicy. she's actually 5'2 and like 125lbs. so yeah i hear ya. im at a point now where i'm being told im too thin and i have no point of reference to know whether the people are right or not so ive had a hard time lately with my body and "too skinny"/"too fat" type issues. so i hear ya on this big time.
  20. this came up on my facebook as a flashback from 2 years ago (the pic on the right). the caption read "im thinking i look kinda skinnyish today" ha. little did i know i didn't but anyways. the right one is from today in correct sized pants lol. size 8 and i do look skinny ish
  21. God. You are super sexy. Screw these trolls!
  22. Thanks beautiful ladies. It did hurt my feelings but fuck these people. Ur right
  23. i forgot to post this week cuz someone hurt my feelings and told me i looked sickly yesterday and i got all butt hurt and was crying all night. see "surgery day" for details. anyways here's the latest. 148lbs.
