I think it's normal when our bodies change so fast. I still feel fat (I still am technically), but I've lost almost 150 pounds and I don't feel much smaller at all.

I am 11 1/2 months post-op, down a total of 140ish pounds and just this weekend, I finally started realizing how much smaller I am. Takes a lot longer for our heads to catch up to our bodies!

you both got that right. i feel like i have to be 115lbs just to actually feel small "enough" it's a big mental challenge. even tho i feel mostly good everyday i can't believe how critical we are of ourselves! @her1981 @Daisee68

  3. welp just officially changed my goal weight. just when I was 3lbs away lol. now i'm 23lbs away. no biggie. im game #justdoit

  4. did this happen to anyone? I'm 4lbs away from goal. just changed it to 20lbs less lol.

I'm still 78 pounds away from my initial goal, but I would not be surprised if I did the same thing.

  5. I think I might be suffering from starvation but I'm not sure lol. Going to the doctor on the 11th

Dehydration can make you feel incredibly tired. Like when you walk up the stairs like your legs are not going to make it. Make sure you are getting the protein and water. I have not been able to tolerate water so I've been drinking watered down Crystal Light. But I've been VERY bad today - not even 20 ounces and it's bedtime! I am going to have to glug some water down so I don't get dehydrated myself! That will stop the weight loss, too.

I didn't know you were going through all this. I am so sorry. You have got to eat woman other wise you will be super weak. Just make yourself eat, and eat the protein. Keep protein and fluids with you wherever you go. I just had my one month today. Keep us posted and hope you get to feeling better and STOP STARVING YOURSELF yo'! :)

im not trying to starve i just can't eat anything. literally every time i eat i prepare myself to get sick for 30-40 minutes. some things automatically make me sick and i've just stopped eating them. it's a struggle. but i usually get 1 to 2 protein shakes a day at lest.

  6. annoying with these "why am i not losing more" people that aren't putting in the work. you still have to work at it! hello! stop whining -_-

lol Exactly. it's only when they bitch and moan even when they KNOW they aren't putting the work in that it bugs me. ;) Meanwhile I'm working out five days a week over here lol

LOL steak at week one. That's hilarious. Yeah, I've seen a lot of posts from people about eating solid food on week one, like it was no big deal. I'm thinking, how the hell is that even possible? I could only take tiny sips of water and couldn't even finish half a bowl of soup yet these people seem to be guzzling down food the same as before.

@Proud2BMe right? i still can't eat that much at 3 months and some ppl are like i'm getting my 1200 cal a day and I'm like WHAT??? how??? lol

Stupendous. If the incisions are still sore, press a pillow firmly against them so that you can dance a jig without jolting them. A gentle jig for now.

  10. tired...getting sick....long day of work still ahead....still excited to be getting skinny soon tho :D
