I am so excited to say I am finaly at a normal BMI, Not overwight, Not obese but normal. IF you can only see if I'm jumping for joy. I'm 142 from a size 12 to a size 8 and I wear a small in everything. Its been an amazing journey. Still want to get down to 130 so a little more to go. Its a very tough process but I'm still learning

Its been 5 months. Doing good. Having a little trouble with the holidays. Down 27lbs. My Weight loss has definalty been on the slower side but I'm ok with that, I did not have that much to loose to begin with. I've bought me a Fit Bit HR so excitecd about this; it definalty motivates me to get moving..

I'm 6 weeks out and loose 1 lb a week is this normal, should i be loosing more? I'm 5'4 at 166

Its been 1 week and 3 days since surgery and I'm down 10 lbs. So excited about this. But I am starting to feel a little depressed about food. In my mind I'm not going to be albe to eat the food I used to love in the quanity I used to love to eat it in. I know I did this sugery for a reason and I dont regret it for one moment but I do miss what I was able to used to do
