I do not want to go to the gym tonight! I want to crack open this bottle of wine and watch Empire instead.....but I'm going to the gym anyway.

I just noticed that as of today I have lost 150 pounds. Holy #%$@ as my PCP said twice during my last checkup!

Four visits to the gym and feeling the benefits already... so pleased!
