As the title suggests, I'm after some info re Calorie Cycling.. Has it worked for you? Has it not? Has it had the opposite effect to what you wanted? Do you even know what the hell I'm talking about?? I'll take anecdotal 'evidence' if it's YOURS (not the story of a friend of a mate whose cousin's housekeeper's neighbour's sister's dog walker's uncle's housemate tried it and lost blah blah blah... you know what I'm saying..)
