But then I remember that, not so long ago, I was one of these people... And while all the support and 'help' was offered, it had to be ME who decided when it was time... I just assume that those who want to change will do so when they're ready... Pushing and coaxing me was never gonna help... So I'd never want anyone else to feel I was doing the same to them.. @ I'm no doctor, but in such a situation, I'd not worry about the 'sugar-free' option. The small amount of sugar that would be in a piece (not a block) or two of a good, dark chocolate will not likely cause you any bodily angst and will, at the same time, allow you to feel like you've had EXACTLY what you felt like without breaking the caloric/carbic* bank.. Of course, my experience with TOTM is limited to staying the f*ck outta the way!!! * I know 'carbic' is not a word... But admit it - you knew EXACTLY what I meant when I said it.. Yeah, I know.. Genius!!
