I am coming up on my 1 year post op April 20th 2016.  I am currently 11 lbs away from my goal of 150.  I am really pushing myself now to get to my goal.  I have actually maintained for about 3 months.  My doctor said what I get to at my year appointment will be pretty much my total weight loss.  I got really comfortable at my 160 to 165 so I really didn't push myself.  Now that I am only 5 weeks from my final appointment I am giving it my all.
