Well I finally got out of that ugly 2mt stall and I've accomplished my first goal with a 5️⃣0️⃣lb lost!!! YAYY!!!!! I'm so excited and so proud of myself. I've been hitting the gym up 4-5 days out the week working out for no less than an hour and I must say I feel better and I'm seeing results I've really started paying more atte attention to my intake and realized I was doing my very best in the last two months so I'm sure that contributed a lot to the length of my stall. But I'm glad I went through it now I can appreciate my achievements and know what I have to continue doing to reach my goal of 100lbs...I'm half way there yal and I'm 6mts post op

I just purchased two by Quest(cookies & cream and chocolate chip cookie dough)
Haven't taste the cookie and cream yet but the other one is ok. I love their Protein Powder as well and that the fact they sale in singles so you can try out before you purchase a big container. But the cal count is 190 and have 21g of Protein
I'm sure they have them at your local GNC

I've been in a stall for the past two months. Realizing I wasn't doing 100% what I should've I can understand why it haven't moved much of any in a way but seems like it would've moved more. I have started exercising I'm on my 3rd wk 4-5 days out the wk. I've been told to get out the stall to go back to basics[emoji16]haven't done that trying to focus on eating nothing but listed foods, getting in all my water[emoji30]and getting in all my Protein along with exercise and see if the scale moves...good luck it can be aggravating and questionable when you're not getting results or results you feel like you should but remain focused and make changes where necessary

Well I'm 6mt out and I'm feeling great with a total loss of 44lbs my dr say I'm right on schedule with my wt loss, but when I read others that may have loss more than I in the same time frame or less I question what I'm doing wrong, why haven't I loss more...I try to remind myself that without my "tool" I wouldn't be as close as I am today to my goal, therefore I'm doing something right(56 more pounds to go.......)I'm very excited and I'm looking greater and greater in my clothes. This is my second week going to the gym I go 4-5 days out the week doing Zumba, power hr, Bosu, and yoga. I really enjoy it and I have my workout partners right there beside me, can't beat that.

I'll re~look cause I'm having trouble finding it to. But my goals are to hit the gym 5xs a wk working out for an hr. Plus to increase my Water intake(not drinking much of nothing now, so my goal with that is at least 16oz)[emoji16]

PRAYER IS THE KEY!!!! God loves you and never will leave you....stop blaming yourself for something that was obviously out of your control. I'm sorry for your loss and all you have be through, but put your trust and faith in the Lord!!!! You can do this, claim it and daily speak positive words in your life, you are worth this fight!!!

Two weeks out I ate sugar free Popsicles, broth or sipped on juice from chicken noodle Soup, & sugar free Jello. For drinks I used crystal light for flavoring. I didn't feel the fullness must either but the more you begin to add to your diet you'll be able to tell, believe me. It'll stop you dead in your tracks, lol

Yes I experienced the same thing like the 2nd day after surgery and had to stay an additional day for it to drop. As well as the first week afterwards. It's normal it's just your body adjusting after surgery(a possible side affect). I did follow-up with an cardiologist which confirmed the same thing.

Thanks currently in ER and of course they can't tell you nothing but I will ask at my next visit this month. I did eat ice cream the last time and a small piece of cake because I had the sweet tooth. So maybe I need to avoid such and try to maintain on my plan. But the chest discomfort is questionable ????

This is my 3rd time feeling like this and I'm wondering why and if anyone has experienced such. First I was sleeved 3mts ago with no complications, nothing!!! Until recently I have experienced chest discomfort with hot flashes that last about 5min or so. I usually take my ometrazol and feel better. But this time it was more severe and traveled to my stomach and lasted longer. I'm sure it had to be something I ate but I can't be certain. Just concerned????

@Fiqha87, I believe I've been having too many NO NO's this past week(carbs, sugars) I eat my share of Protein but also it is said you get a a two week stall.

Seems to me it's friendship your "friend" needs to mend if your friendship is important to her. Don't feel bad about what you did, you do what's best for you.
