  7. there are many vegan Protein shakes that use wither hemp protein or ben protein etc. these are lactose free and a godsend to people who have lactose issues. You can find many of them online or your local Vitamin shoope or Vitamin Shoppe online. Good luck! I have picked up soy milk and I will definitely be changing my shake. Thank you. I didn't realize the powder could trigger it as well I absolutely LOVE Starbursts. Especially the pack of reds. It was one of my food funeral choices. I huffed a whole pack a day before starting my pre-op diet.I melt them at campfires like marshmallows. ..um yeah it's good
  8. Oddest thing, I have a coughing fit when I full. One small bite (baby spoon) will tip it.

  15. Today I kept up with my little girls at the park. I even played myself on the slides and swings. I'm not near my goal weight but beautiful blessings are coming each step closer.
  16. Best of luck to those headed to surgery this week. Went 13th and I feel amazing. Can't do super cold yet either. ..warm and hot feel so good

  21. 5/13 sleeve intense itching started first night...thought pain meds. Stopped one day home...still itching like crazy
  22. Was a lactose free girl before but I pay for a sip of it now. PAY FOR IT. Guess ill try almond or soy for my protein shakes...kinda scared to lol
  23. I'm asking myself could a toddler safely eat it and how does it add protein or nutrition I need
