Am I the only one with a one-day pre-op diet?

Wow one day liquids I was on a two week liquid diet and for 2 days before surgery I had to do clear liquid diet that is where I lost a lot of my weight before surgery it really isn't that bad -
I ordered unjury and received them on Thursday....I tried unflavored yesterday it was OK the smell is horrible though lol and I tried the chocolate splendor with fat free milk it was great it also had the smell just not so strong UNJURY to me is was better than most other protein brands

Awesome awesome for you to share that YOU TOUCHED SO MANY ISSUES I HAVE and have just helped me realize that I can do this !!!! Thank you I had sleeve surgery on 4-8 and I have so many bad days and to know that IT WILL GET BETTER WITH TIME is something I say to myself everyday -

I had my surgery 4-8 and I feel the EXACT SAME WAY..... I can't get my vitamins in I can barely eat and when I do I have to recover from that....They say get your vitamins in her your protein in AND IT'S LIKE HA HA how the heck and on top of that I have the h pylori virus which means antibiotics 3 pills 4 times a day SO THAT IS WHAT I EAT ALL DAY LONG

That's an awesome plan @@snowkitten sounds like you have you foot on the wagon already !!! That's my problem is I don't want other people to have to change their lifestyle unless they want to of course.. so that was my worries about trying to keep other people in my house happy until they are ready to make a healthier eating habit

I just don't know I tend to think VERY negative about myself and I am seeing a therapist and Iwill continue to see her so I can deal with my negativity.. She suggested this app to me and reading a lot of post of failure and success my mind is going a million miles an hour lol.....

16.3 is awesome and if you continue for the next few months think about 16.3 times how many months to go YOU WILL HAVE LOST THAT 50 LBS and then some!!!!!! I had too lose 25 before my surgery and I actually lost 38 lbs AND it was an awesome feeling AND YOU WILL FEEL THAT WAY when they weigh you in for surgery KEEP YOUR HEAD UP you got it!!!!

I haven't fallen of the wagon but I am scared that I will I had my sleeve surgery on 4- 8 and I feel like I might be in the few percentile who isn't successful...

Started on 1-26 weighed 353. Surgery Day 4-8 weighed in 315. Check up on 4-30 weighed in 299

I am not able to bend over just yet I have to ask my family or some of my friends to tie my shoes VERY UPSETTING TO ME because I am also a very independent woman I JUSY HAVE TO REMEMBER it's better to ask for help than to hurt myself more because the BURNING pain is unbearable sometimes

I had sleeve surgery on 4 -28 and I also have hiccups when I eat and I make this like gurgling noise when food finally makes its way down lol it is a little embarrassing and my doctor said it will eventually go away -

Though it has only been a few days since your surgery I would suggest to call your doctor

Oh and my doctor said the pain will probably last 2 to 3 months and to fully recover from this life changing surgery 6 months so hang in there it will be worth it!!!

My doctor said yes that is normal I had my sleeve surgery on April 8 and I have the exact same pains but mine actually seems to be more of a burning pain it gets better day by day and I was told to just take things at a slower pace because I am trying to do to much on a daily basis
