  1. I'm feeling a little better this morning and moving some gas at this point. I also worry about taking in enough fluids, but it's next to impossible when you are bloated and that uncomfortable. I know we will all look back on this in the near future as a simple hurdle on our way to happier and healthier life, but right now it really sucks! : )
  2. I had my gastric bypass three days ago and they fast tracked me out yesterday by noon. I'm not overly concerned about that part but I guess I'm looking for a little reassurance with the whole air in the abdomen thing. I have certainly tried to walk some of it off, gas x has not been helpful and it kept me up almost all night last night requiring liquid Vicodin which I had hoped to stay away from. It does feel somewhat better today and I am passing it at a very slow rate, but when does this let up? I'm a registered nurse and didn't expect a completely easy ride but guess I didn't expect this level of discomfort secondary to the air. It even radiates to my back. Any advice????
