    I hear what your saying about the poo I get backed up too, but my problem is trying to get back to the basic so I can lose I gained 10 lbs horrible I cannot lose it what should I do I don't eat I drink a lot of Water I don't urinate a lot but I am drinking my eating habits are mostly sugery but I am trying to stop the sugar you think if I stop eating sugery items I will lose again I was thinking about a Tummy Tuck what do you think how can I get back on track scared I did a bmi its says overweight which I lost 80 lbs in less than a year now I gained 10 lbs do not want to gain anymore what should I do....

    Thank you for giving me the eye opener I went to my refridgerator and through all the good stuff out did not care I want to get back on track I only gained a few pounds but that is enough back to the basics thanks

    if you want it bad enough go ahead but you will not do well with any acid foods if your procedure was done correctly you should not be having any cravings until the 8th month all I can think about was getting Water down and not being hungry I lost 80 lbs in 7 months I am at a plateau and look awesome eating salsa I tried its still sitting in my refridgerator about 4 months now I get a craving I have a bite I put it down or throw away and don't think about it I know its around for me it just makes me throw up or gives me a stomach ache good luck on your journey and choosings

    wow did you have that test in the hospital the endoscopy to see if the staples were in correctly and to make sure no leaks,
    it sounds rough your drinking way too fast no cottage cheese just thinking how you are sabotaging yourself is making me sick
    slow down you are not hungry just bored go for a walk but first join orange theory the best place to meet and exercise more than the calories you take in the less you will eat its in your mind you want to change you did change now live the change stop just drink broth, Water its hard a year later for me is hard to drink Water but I started at 252 I am now 179 was 18-20 now 10-12 I refused to eat if I am going to put weight on paid for the sleeve out of my 401 good luck

    i am surprise you didn't throw up if your going to cheat you better go walk every day until you lose at least 40 lbs once you lose the 40 now your ready to run burn more than you eat. I had the sleeve done in April 2015 today i am 80 lbs less i went from a size 18 to 10 or 12 depending the cut of the jeans i don't have the perfect diet but its not a diet its a change of eating i exercise every day i burn at least 400 to 500 calories a day i don't even eat that much i drink alot of Water don't like water put crystal light in it helps i eat alot of yogurt most Protein i find a health shop that makes Protein Drinks, still not good with solids my last meal is at 4pm i dont eat after 7pm why i am just laying around watching tv or going to sleep just to get up for work plus if i have too full of stomach i need to purge so too overeat is not worth the crappy feeling. lighten up relax .

    went shopping bought veggies and fruit not a lot of fruit cuz I know myself, I now discarded all candy, ice cream, and the cake I decided to take the advice of a bariatric pal I was sabotaging and for what purpose, so I cut it out immediately thanks friend,

    Stop eating junk food. Why on earth would you do that? You had major surgery to try to help you get healthy - not just to lose weight and still eat total crap... time to get your head on straight, because this will hurt your health if you continue this path!!
    Losing weight because you are basically starving yourself is going to have serious consequences - you'll lose your hair, your skin and nails will look awful and you're going to be exhausted and have major Vitamin deficiency. You're losing muscle mass as well without enough Protein and other food building blocks.
    Proteins like fish, chicken, eggs, low fat dairy (yogurt, cottage cheese, skim milk). Then healthy veggies - avocado, Beans, green leafy stuff, broccoli/cauliflower, squash... there are TONS of things to eat that are good and good for you.
    Health fats if there is any room: cook with coconut oil, olive oil, try guacamole, hummus... light mayo can be added to some canned chicken or tuna (and I add in green onion and some spices) for an easy and Protein packed meal.
    Try to eat something like a boiled or scrambled egg with a little shredded cheese on it for Breakfast. Drink a glass of milk or have a container of (low sugar - maybe try greek) yogurt an hour or so later. Fix a bunch of chicken breasts (using spices and citrus) so you don't have to think when it's time for a meal - have one of those with some veggies. Anything is better than what you're doing!
    What is your doctor/nutritionist saying about your horrible diet so far? Because they should be really, really concerned and trying to give you better menu plans to work with... otherwise start looking on here and online for decent sleeve menu/recipes ASAP.
