Yes I had tremendous amount of back pain. When lost approximately 80 pounds (from 260) my back started really hurting. Went to PT, rested, finally I a microdiscectomy-microdecompression-spine-surgery to relieve my pain. The Dr said it wasn't because of my rapid weight loss, however I totally disagree. Gain/lose Gain/lose I've lost 70 lbs since April 30th 2015 I have an uncontrollable fear of gaining the weight back. I've gained all of the weight back so many times before.
