  2. At 3 weeks you can have Baked fish, canned chicken Canned tuna, egg whites, creamy peanut butter ( 1 tbsp) a day, low fat cottage cheese Canned fruit no sugar I get fruit cups, bananas, soft cooked or pureed vegetables. Light yogurt Deli meat turkey breast sliced thin

  4. I guess everybody is different. Chili made me sick. Somethings you might not be able to eat now but will be able to later
  5. You'll be fine Michelle. Eat the soup & broth. Try sugar free popsicles. In a few days you get to eat a bit more
  6. Don't think I'd eat chili yet. You're prob still on soft foods. Soup, scrambled eggs, grits, mashed potatoes. Pudding. It's been a while I 've forgotten most of it. My nutritionist laid out my menu & I followed it

  10. I drank Premier Protein Shakes. 3 a day. 30 grams of protein in each one. Try to drink water Sip don't gulp. Your stomach is small now. It gets better. Hang in there
  11. I am 4 months post op & have lost 100 lbs. It was the hardest thing I've ever done. The liquid diet for 2 weeks before surgery was hard. But I did it. You will give up fried foods & sugar. You will only be able to eat a few bites of food at first. You will be able to eat more later but not much. Do what they tell you to do & you'll be successful. It's a lifestyle change but I have no regrets. I like the new me. I've got another 100lbs to lose

  14. Correction. Have lost 100lbs. Weigh 310 now. Feel &-look much better
  15. My weight was 410. Surgery was Dec 18th. So I'm 4 months post open. Have lost 90lbs. Totally off of my insulin shots. Walking 2 miles daily &-working out at the gym. Want to lose 200lbs total. Hopefully over the next year I'll accomplish my goal
