    At 3 weeks you can have Baked fish, canned chicken Canned tuna, egg whites, creamy peanut butter ( 1 tbsp) a day, low fat cottage cheese Canned fruit no sugar I get fruit cups, bananas, soft cooked or pureed vegetables. Light yogurt Deli meat turkey breast sliced thin

    I guess everybody is different. Chili made me sick. Somethings you might not be able to eat now but will be able to later
  6. You'll be fine Michelle. Eat the soup & broth. Try sugar free popsicles. In a few days you get to eat a bit more

    I'm 4 months post op & have lost 100 lbs. This has been the hardest thing I've ever tried to do. It's a lot easier now. Walking everyday & working out at the gym. Have another 100 to lose

    I drank Premier Protein Shakes. 3 a day. 30 grams of protein in each one. Try to drink water Sip don't gulp. Your stomach is small now. It gets better. Hang in there
  12. I am 4 months post op & have lost 100 lbs. It was the hardest thing I've ever done. The liquid diet for 2 weeks before surgery was hard. But I did it. You will give up fried foods & sugar. You will only be able to eat a few bites of food at first. You will be able to eat more later but not much. Do what they tell you to do & you'll be successful. It's a lifestyle change but I have no regrets. I like the new me. I've got another 100lbs to lose

    It gets easier after the 3rd day. If you get really hungry drink an extra shake but don't cheat & eat. The liquid diet is the hardest thing I've ever done. You can do it. One day at a time. It passes fast. Try sugar free popsicles. Sugar free hello. I'm 4 months post open & have lost 100lbs
