Fear of STRETCHING Sleeve!

I had my sleeve one week ago today, April16, 2015. And I am already worried about stretching my sleeve! I have no problem drinking 16 oz in 30 minutes. I couldn't even do one oz an hour the first three days. What happened?! I've only had fluids. Is that why I have no problem? But if so, why was it so hard the first few days?
