Crossfit @ 5:30am - CHECK!

Down to 164, which is only 14 lbs away from my goal weight - Have ran two half marathon in the last 20 days, and I have never felt better in my entire life

I am really concern after talking with my bariatric nurses and was told that your body reset itself 18 months after surgery. Although I have been working out, watching what I eat and calorie intake; I am no where my goal weight or the 100 mark almost 1 year post op. For the love of GOD, i will not give up because it is not an option. I have come to far to turn back now. I pray that God conyinue to give me the strength and motivation i need to this new journy.

For the first time in yeeeaaars, I can fit into some regular size 16 pants..

Had measurements done last night - 33" waist? WHAT?! WOOT!

3 more days and here come the nerves...lol
