Hey, Im in week 4 and went to the gym today!!! I was so excited to get back there. I walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes on a rolling incline and then I did 10 minutes of light weight lifting on machines.... arms and legs. 30 minutes was all I could do but I did it! So proud of me!!! Anyone back in the gym yet? Any tips???

Hey yall. Im at the end of week 3 Ive lost 20 pounds ????and developing acne. ???? Is anyone having this problem? Moreover, what can I do about it?
