Hi everyone, Liz here from Philadelphia area. I am almost 54, divorced mom of two teens. I think I am definitely ready and right now trying to prepare for what i'll need to do post surgery. Two areas I'm asking about are post-surgery meals (I know that isn't right away) and also exercise. What kind of exercise should I be doing the first week and there on out? I do have a dog so I figure I will be walking her the first week. And I know I have to increase that as time goes on. What do you guys do? I have a Planet Fitness membership and also a bicycle :-) Thanks for your help! I look forward to hearing from you! Liz 5'8", 254 lbs.
