When I say "pieces" of chicken I guess that would be bites, smaller than a dime size. Yes, I did receive post instructions and "diet" but I guess I didn't realize the mental part of this process. I called my surgeons office and already spoke with them as to what to watch for if it was to affect my staple line, and I don't have any of those symptoms. Has nobody else messed up? Am I the only one? I'm not calling it a mistake because I consciously made the choice to put it in my mouth, I just needed some help.

Hello All, I new and this is my first post. I had vsg just 2 weeks today. I have messed up. I ate about 6 pieces of chicken chewed very well!! And about 3 bites of quacadilla before I felt the pain of my stomach. Am I going to stretch my very new pouch??? I'm really scared. TIA
