My doc put me on 2week 1200 cal diet. Basically two shakes and a light meal. I have lost 25 lbs in the last 8 weeks. Self imposed liquid diet just to get used to new sleeved life. I did 1 week of 900 calorie/day just to see if I could hack it and for me it was just away to verify what I was about to do was in fact possible. Good luck and congrats on date. I'm may 4th date.

For those of you who have started the liquid diet, how are you doing? I start mine tomorrow and I'm very nervous! I go for final bloodwork today and then the 2 week journey to surgery begins!!

Starting my 2 week liquid diet today; having my labwork and dietary class this morning as well. Getting very excited and feeling extremely motivated. Like I can take on the world right now Feeling blessed.

Had to wait 8 weeks for ulcers to heal (ulcer were from naproxen use) and have endo tomorrow. Has anyone else had any experience?

May 4th is surgery day....started all liquid diet yesterday. ????

Also I do 2 servings of ecodrink, the single serving packet make 32oz of really good drink.

Better than boullion is really good also(available at Costco) Powerade zero(grape is my fav) GNC total lean for shakes and s/f gello and that's it for me.
