Syntrax Nectars have been a godsend. I'm in the minority- I love the Grape...LOL. Fuzzy Navel is great, especially in the morning. strawberry Kiwi isnt too bad, either. I think most taste a lot like Kool Aid or Crystal Light, and its a nice change from all the chocolate and vanilla Protein shakes...blaaaah. I love mixing up about 16 oz or so and drinking it in a cup with ice. plus, its about 23 grams of protein per 4-6ounces, such an easy way to get protein!

Triplets! April 29th - pretty much best day ever

Surgery Date is April 29th. FINALLY - its been a LONG time coming Day three of the pre-op diet, and while my surgeon doesnt require weight loss prior, its always good to shrink the liver and get used to the new normal. Looking forward to watching all of us April 2015 sleevers meet our goals!
