  2. Hey all. I'm just a little upset right now. My doctor has his patients on a two week clear liquid diet and I feel like I'm dying. He never told me to use multi Vitamins. I have been reading several websites of other practices and 99% of them have their patients on full liquids and Protein week 2. I have even seen as little as two days post op. I had my sleeve surgery April 3 and I'm down 15 pounds already but I'm concerned about the lack of protein. So I went ahead and made a very thin Soup with some egg drop and a very little amount of very soft pastinas (the very tiny star pastas.) I feel a lot better. But I'm just nervous and feeling guilty that I went against my doc. But something had to give. Can I have some opinions and details of the diet plans you went on post op? Thanks !!
  3. I just got the surgery. I'm feeling ok. Just some pain in my tummy and tenderness in the incision sites. Is it normal to miss chewing? I'm on day 6 and omg I need to chew. I can't take any more jello or ice pops or water or broth. I feel like I'm going nuts. Lol. Is this normal? And sorry if this is TMI but when should the first #2 happen? Lol.
