      Friday I will be 4-weeks post op and I have lost 25 pounds. I am satisified, I kinda want to lose slowly though. I am happy with any weight lost. I haven't seen the scale go the opposite way and stay there in a VERY long time.

       

      How much have you lost since your surgery? I am sure it be fine, just keep up the GREAT work!
