I think I'm depressed... AGAIN!! Going to try out a weight loss support group tomorrow. Hopefully it'll be what I need to stop my negative self-talk. .

Thanks guys. I am feeling down lately because I have been snacking more than I ever have since surgery. For the most part sugary things still taste bitter to me but I've eaten cookies, mini donuts and cupcakes in the office and got through it! On my own, I bought and ate a strawberry shortcake popsicle yesterday. I haven't been on the scale since Sunday because I am scared of what it will say. When I look in the mirror, or pass my reflection I see the 299 lb woman that began this journey and is still paying for it monthly. I finally cried last night. I can't figure out what changed or what is going so I can stop it.
Btw, I love your idea @Mountaingal. Thank you! I used to do something similar with positive affirmations in a bowl. I'd grab one in the morning and start my day. I think it's time to start doing that again ☺
