Yes, photos are much better than mirror. I have a body dysmorphia issues, but taking photos helps me see progress over looking in mirror -

Me too! Stuck at 135 for a month! But down 78 pounds total so I can't complain. 3/16/16 is my one year mark. Trying to tackle these last pounds. Any tips?? -

Hi! Congratulations on your amazing results. I am almost one year out from my surgery I had 3/16/15. My HW was 213, SW 198. I am currently stuck at 135 for the past month. I would love to be 116! These last pounds are the hardest. I work out pretty frequently. Any tips on tackling these last pounds? -
Hello. I had my surgery 3/16/15. I also had this issue. It gradually went away by 2nd week.
