Today I was giving a second chance, when I went to get a hiatal hernia fixed since it never was at time of my sleeve surgery like must of people do..
Gained almos 60 lbs back in just 6 months went to my new weight loss doctor and had an endoscopy to check my sleeve and he found the hernia and asked me why I never had it fixed.. well long story short I had the surgery done today and he fixed the hernia and also readjusted my sleeve that had stretched a bit! I say a second chance since I’m pretty much starting like my first surgery post-op. I haven’t been here in a while and shamed on me this place has helped me so much. Today I share my story all over again and hope to help others with it! So here we go again!

Are u calling the doctor or your insurance company? Usually your insurance will give you an estimate the dr office usually doesn't know what they get paid right before surgery... Also you can check your insurance coverage what's your yearly deductible example I have UHC and after I pay $300 deductible for whatever procedure my insurance will cover 100% of anything I get done for the rest of the year. So if you haven't yet call straight to your insurance company!

Majority of us go through that regret stage at 3 weeks out .. Tell me all about it I was there and my boyfriend said is your hormones from the surgery and the anesthesia messing with your emotions and yup came here and I was made aware that this happens and it will pass!
So keep your head up and nothing comes easy but it will be so worth it .. Just keep hydrated Water shakes Popsicles etc.

I did with bread last few months banana muffins to be exact ... When I saw I had gained 5lbs I got so scare! Came here and ask a few people and they gave me some advice on how to get back on track..
I went back to Protein Shakes replace meals with it and just fish or chicken and still working on dropping the extra lbs I put on! I do a lot of cardio with dancing so I got that to help me out too!

It Will pass! After surgery our hormones go crazy I felt the same way and cried like a baby and now I remember and laugh at my self.

I did watermelon on the third day of surgery and man I felt like I was going to pass out it was horrible so I went back to my Popsicle ice chips and water! lesson learned!

I remember those days I used to try to eat sugar free Popsicle they became my best friends for the first few weeks and it will help the hunger feeling... After a few weeks I didn't feel hungry at all and I will eat and drink Protein because I knew u had to and taste buds are so different too!
