Thank you for all your thoughts. My dr is having me focus on 64 oz of water and 60 oz of protein. I don't count calories at least right now.

I will try. I just read about 30 and 50 lbs lost and I am worried my progress is slow.

I had surgery on Dec 17 my surgery weight was 238.8 and I am 224 now. I see so many who are losing faster. Does anyone have suggestions?

I just found out today my dr will submit my last nutrition on Dec 11 and I should have surgery the end of Dec. I am so excited

No I haven't finished yet. The original post was prior to denial. I submitted other dr notes for requirement. My ins sucks. I am nervous they will deny for different reason once I complete their requirement

It didnt matter they are denying me because of the 6 month nutrition requirement

My insurance told me yesterday the request was for Oct 19. My dr didnt tell me that. Should I tell my job?

I haven't had my surgery yet but my husband informed me he doesn't like change. I am still having surgery. Its my body and my life.

I will be done with all my required visits and tests minus 2 months of supervised nutrition. My coordinator is going to submit the notes I gave her but she thinks I will need a visit in nov and dec

My husband was a jerk for a few weeks and then I realized the problem was I made the decision on my own and he didn't feel like I listened to him. I also saw panic when I just went for the endoscopy. He is afraid. Now he nervous about the extra skin. Help!!!
