My day is April 3 I'm exited yet worried but glad I took this decision going for the gastric sleeve

I'm going to stick to the plan like you mention hungry is only in my head and thank God I have jell-o and broth to keep me full for a bit of time

I have friends that didn't went trough the 2 weeks liquid diet before surgery y feel there might be another options

Pre-op I feel that is crazy to stick with a liquid diet prior the surgery but is hospital regulation and I will change that I wont cheat again

I'm on day 5 and I cheated is awful I'm really upset with my self

Day 5 here and I cheated I feel awful I lost 10 pounds in 5 days is crazy and I have 9 more days to go
