    3 Wks Post-Op Today! Down 16 pounds. A little slow since the first week, but I'm doing my best to be patient. ;)

      Congratualtions! Keep it up :-), I made 7 weeks post op this past Monday and this new lifestyle definetly takes some getting used to but once you do, boy it is AWESOME!!!!!
