4 weeks post op and the acid is insane, nothing helps, golly feeling like if its not one thing its another.

When I added a 2nd PPI in the evenings the acid stopped completely for me. I don't know if you are already doing that, but I know that many Sleevers are instructed to do that for the first few months.
