  1. I get them also but they don't hurt. I have been trying to evaluate the times I get them and it seems if I eat too fast I will get them. So I'm slowing down and staying conscience of my eating and drinking. Sorry your hurt.
  2. My multi vitamin and B12 are sublingual and just dissolve in my mouth. I was taking a chewable but after surgery it made me sick so went to the sublingual made by Nature Made. This helps
  3. My favorite is Pure Protein ready made shakes. Chocolate is my favorite. I purchase them at our local Walmart but also brought off Amazon.
  4. I'm 3 months post surgery and I am just starting to tolerate plain water. I had to add a little something to my water. The things I used was diet cranberry juice, propel, vitamin water, Bai 5, sobe water, G2. Just make sure they are low calorie or sugar free. My early fatigue was from not enough protein and water. It got better. Using my food journal was helpful and necessary. Best of luck
  5. I am 3 months post surgery and I have lost 75 lbs. However, remember everyone is different. Don't get lost in the number game.
