i am the same the only thing is maybe go back to the doc you need that sweet spot because you are doing everything else. At the end of the day you need to eat something and he has to help you in the process hope it changes R from Uk

you can do it i have lost 50 lbs so far and i didn't believe i could do that so just keep going and try and do 30 mins a day of moving to music or step or i use a dvd -billy blanks boot camp v .good keep in touch xR

I am in UK and i can't find any classes where at all on to the next dvd till i do R

It is a wonderful way to tone up and i been doing a Dvd for 30min a day 4 about 3-4 month since be banded good way to get back in to movement . Love to hear about anyone else who has tried it All the best R:cool2:

Love this Thread i have my 2nd fill on March 14th of 1cc after having 3cc put in when i got banded on 8th of Nov which i didn't know about . I'm amazed on how much it cuts your food intake down by can not really eat bread any more but don't miss it . Just wanted to say all the best to all R

hey hey everyone had my 1st fill today My Doctor was so good i was a bit unsure but he guided me very well . Back on liquids 4 a week then blended for one week next fill in 3 months bring it on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :biggrin::thumbup::smile:

hey everyone i have really loved coming to this section hearing your stories has made me think about the way forward ,i was banded in Nov 8th 2007 it was one of the best things i could have done truly amazing and God has been with me all the way. I have had one of my many talks with God and just asked him to help me each day to to the best i can with the changes i have to make i feel that he is in this wth me and i am thankful. Just want to keep following what i need to do and be healthy, at peace and move forward in where he need me to go peaz for now xR
