I think I'm beginning to hate food !
The one thing I always got excited about seems to becoming an after thought and I'm not sure this is healthy. I feel like I force myself to eat. I do eat, don't get me wrong, but the enjoyment is gone. I don't get excited when I advance in phases and am able to eat more things as I though I would. I barely eat the required amount that my Dr. set between 500 and 800 calories per day. Im around the the lower end of that spectrum. I think I feel this way because food is what made me fat and I'm feeling resentment towards it. I know this sounds crazy as hell..... Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Having doubts -- still a food centered life?
I eat the same few things every day and you will also find a few things that you enjoy, satisfy your nutrition requirements, and make you feel satisfied. And once you find that balance, food logging will be like second nature only because you will always know exactly what you eat everyday

Still on the fence
I always told myself that I wasn't going to die fat!! And now I'm not!! You are just as much of a health risk being obese as you are getting surgery.

2 Tablespoons of Food. Really?
Best thing if all you want is protein is Isopure. It's sold at GNC. 20oz drink has 40g of protein, 0 sugar, 0 carbs and 160 calories. They have 5 or 6 different flavors..... It's like gatorade

Having doubts -- still a food centered life?
I have been feeling the same way. Food has been the center of my life for as long as I can remember and it's very hard redirecting myself away from eating and focusing on other activities

March 2015 Sleevers
I have read about so many problems ppl are having and I feel weird that I haven't had any issues at all. I have lost over 30 and I'm only 2 weeks post op. I'm not really ever hungry and I find myself eating out of boredom. At what point does the quick weight loss stop?
