    I have only just started on this exercise thing. I got myself a treadmill and i have a rule that if i want to watch my favourite shows i have to be walking. It has got me on there almost every day since i got it. Im still pre surgery so it takes me two days to watch a 40 min show but im getting there and building my fitness.     I didnt say they should ignore doctors orders, just that the liquid aspect isnt necessary for liver shrinkage (the doctors may have other reasons for wanting liquid only)

    Its not the liquid bit that shrinks your liver. Its the high protein and low calories. Thats why you will see some surgeons allow free vegies and others a high protein lean carb meal etc
