    Protein Shakes

I dont know if bulk nutrients ships to the US. They are an australian brand and are creamy but very mild flavour and definately not sweet. Sent from my SM-T350 using Tapatalk

    Your favorite protein powder?

I like bulk nutrients which is an australian brand. Nope sure if they ship to the US. Their flavours arent too strong or sweet and they blend up really creamy and smooth without an after taste with just Water Sent from my SM-T350 using Tapatalk

  9. I have only just started on this exercise thing. I got myself a treadmill and i have a rule that if i want to watch my favourite shows i have to be walking. It has got me on there almost every day since i got it. Im still pre surgery so it takes me two days to watch a 40 min show but im getting there and building my fitness. The tv shows help distract me from my sweating and my aching body Sent from my SM-T350 using Tapatalk

    Liquid Diet

I didnt say they should ignore doctors orders, just that the liquid aspect isnt necessary for liver shrinkage (the doctors may have other reasons for wanting liquid only)

    Liquid Diet

Its not the liquid bit that shrinks your liver. Its the high protein and low calories. Thats why you will see some surgeons allow free vegies and others a high protein lean carb meal etc

    Eating

Maybe work on what you are eating. I've struggled to have smaller portions so far as I'm always hungry but I'm aiming for healthy food and increasing my exercise. This has helped me drop a few kgs Sent from my C6603 using Tapatalk

  20. Im am also from adelaide. I am inthe process of deciding between the mgb and the sleeve. I am struggling to decide which is right for me, though my surgeon is suggesting the sleeve as the first step with a revision if weight loss is not sufficent, but he believes it will be
  21. The shipping costs to Australia are horrendous. It would have cost me as much as I was buying in items to ship them here. Very sad as wanted to try some of their own branded stuff. Buying some Quest bars elsewhere instead I guess

The bariatricpal store looks great, but.......

They arent as good as real food certainly but their nutritional profile isnt bad and they are apparently delicious so i figure they can be used as an occassional treat Sent from my SM-T350 using Tapatalk
