I am doing well! I was sleeved on 5/14/15 and have lost a total of 80lbs and still losing. I started at 340 and I'm at 260 now--feeling great! Dr. Rodriguez at BLW is outstanding!

I was just wondering the same thing. I can't believe I'm only 3 days from my travel date and four from surgery. It seemed like it was taking forever and now it feels like it flew by!

I'm glad to hear that you are doing okay as far as pain, but sorry about the depression. My mother in law had gastric sleeve a few months ago and I think she was depressed for a week or so. Then, I noticed that she seems happier than I've seen in a long time over the past few weeks. Did you feel this way when you had your lapband put in?

How are you feeling today? Are you able to get enough fluids in?

I guess I just have "what if's" going through my mind. What if there are complications? That's my main concern. Coming back with complications and how I will received here in the states after having a procedure in Mexico. But I also firmly believe that the benefits outweigh the risks here.. I've been heavy my whole life and I'm ready for a change! Good luck to you and I can't wait to review your post!

I bumped my date up from May 21 to May 12 in Juarez with Dr. Rodriguez. My nerves are really starting to get to me and has me second guessing everything. Is this typical? I want to procedure and I'm confident in the doctor that I've chosen but I can't help but be nervous..

I'm considering Dr Rodriguez at Star Medica in Juarez. I've heard good stories and seen good reviews so I'm excited.. My question is, has anyone done financing through BeLite??? I was sent the finance documents and told to mail them to a listed address which is a home in Wylie, Texas. This kind of concerns me.. Anyone familiar with this???
