BeLiteWeight financing.. Anyone done it?

I'm considering Dr Rodriguez at Star Medica in Juarez. I've heard good stories and seen good reviews so I'm excited..

My question is, has anyone done financing through BeLite??? I was sent the finance documents and told to mail them to a listed address which is a home in Wylie, Texas. This kind of concerns me.. Anyone familiar with this???
