I'm assuming if they want u to have SF Popsicles then they want you to have low sugar Protein Shakes. I like premiere and Atkins. Hope that helps

I'm looking for bypass buddies. People that have got the surgery done or will be getting it done within this month. My surgery is on September 24th! I have Facebook only and I'm on here. I'm a bit nervous however excited for a healthier, prettier me. I'm 28 years old from central NY.
