Sugar Free Pre Op

I start my 2 week pre op on Thursday and now that shiz is getting real I have a question! Sugar free flavored syrups for protein shakes....ok or no?

      I'm assuming if they want u to have SF Popsicles then they want you to have low sugar protein shakes. I like premiere and Atkins. Hope that helps

    Mines full liquid, so protein shakes, Greek yogurt, strained soup, cottage cheese, SF jello and ice pops.
