My favorite is rockin refuel. . It is sold in the cold milk section of the grocery store and is made with real milk but is lactose free!! My favorite non sweet is the chicken soup flavor by unjury.. hope this helps. .

My surgery was on the 18th and today was my best day yet. I did get tired a few times and had to nap but during my up time I was able to move easier which was great. I'm also having issues with getting enough liquid. Between broth and water I'm just now up to about 25 ounces.
