I have done great since June 17 but now my wait has plateaued and I am feeling weak. I do hope this passes.
Sorry, my weight. : ). ????

Things are going pretty well for me. I was sleeved on June 17th and have been active since then. I am still on modified liquid diet.
-
Me too. I am not sure when I will move to the next level of food. I have been really tired lately. I hope this goes away soon.

Thanks for the tip Soapandcandlequeen. I do walk a lot and it does help.
How are you doing AreLin?

Congratulations! Don't be surprised if the pain level fluctuates a bit. The Fluid, gas and everything starts to set in a girl just walk as much as you can. Good luck to you

I am feeling a little weak but fine. I have lost 45 lbs starting with pre-op.

Hi I am in the East Bay. I had my sleeve done June 17.
-
I had my sleeve surgery Wednesday June 17. It went well.
-
My surgery was at 8:30 am June 17, 2015. It all went smoothly. Even afterwards, I have been walking a lot. sleeping has been difficult.
-
My surgery was yesterday. It went well. I am walking the corridors to help get rid of the gas.
-
It takes about a month depending on your pre-surgery weight loss.

I go to kaiser Richmond. I have gone through the process and have received my surgery date of June 17. I had no problem with the diet and walking but actually working out has been difficult.
-
I am getting my sleeve on June 17.

How are you doing Beth?
-
Got my date. It is June 17.

Hi Kat. I am a kaiser member in Northern California and that is exactly what I am going through.

I am looking at June too. Still going through pre-surgery diet.

The videos and advice has helped a lot. I have been trying to decide which surgery to have bypass or sleeve. I have done my research but nothing has told me how the patients feel about their surgery. I have already started the process, but this is the most important decision I have yet to make. I am 5'4" and my highest weight was 241 lbs, this was in January 2015. I have been on the pre-op diet since February 2 and now weigh 220 lbs. I lose weight till I hit a plateau and then I gain it all back and more. This is why I have decided to have surgery. I need to change my life or I will lose it. ; (

i love my Fitbit flex. It does keep you motivated and tracks everything. Well only exercises associated with steps. I am in the pre-op stage. My surgery is not till June. I wanted to try the pre-op diet for a while and use a time where I wouldn't miss much work.Definitely going to get this!!!

I freaked when I went to orientation and the woman next to talked about how much she had to pay. Same insurance company but different plans. I called and found it is covered on my plan, no deductible. I started February 2 but asked for surgery in June. I hope they can accommodate this.

Statistics are skewed. You look at at less than a 1% chance of mortality or greater than a 99% survival rate. Sounds like a disinfectant commercial. ✌️

I am 13 days out and I am on soft food, puréed. I can drink just fine but eating eggs and cheese just makes my stomach hurt. Everything else seems to be ok.
